I quickly took a peek at your email address and you have aol, which will make it easier to explain it
(I have aol too).
Go to this link
http://publish.hometown.aol.com/_cqr/_edreg/startApplet.adp?cn= and you will find the AOL Easy Designer Web Page Info. If you haven't made a web page yet..than start a new one. Once you have a blank page up, you need to insert images and you'll see that option up on the top toolbar menu. Just follow the instructions for either uploading images from your own computer..or I think they have a bunch of images you can pick from..but they aren't the best.
If you don't have any images on your computer you want to use..and you are at a loss to find some..just spend a little free time searching online for free clipart and just download what you like into a file that you can use as your source for uploading to your webpage on AOL.
Now;-), once you have images uploaded and on a webpage, you can then right click on them and go to properties to find that images stored location(address on the web)..http://www.whatever.(LOL..didn't mean to make a link, don't bother and look, it went
www.nowhere;-)) That address is what you want to use when you want to link your image to your signature here..or if you want to insert a graphic or photo to share in a post or profile. It basically makes a bulletin board of stored images of sorts that you link back to.
Hopefully that was clear enough
.
