I had asked where the actual ICE rotation was posted.

Never mind - realized she did not. I wanted to start today, and have no idea where to start.

I get this and I appreciate it, but I just want to know which video to start with today so I don't mess up the rotation. I'll probably do the basic rotation the first week.
