Hi there, are there rotations for both ice and Ripped with HIIT that don’t have a day off in the middle of the week? I like to workout from Monday-Friday. Thanks in advance.
If she isn't hitting the same muscle group, I usually skip the day off and move on to the next workout in the rotation. If she is (ie upper body, mid-week rest day, then bootcamp in the ICE rotation), then I will do a light cardio workout instead of taking the day off.
