I originally thought I'd try Metabolic Total Body first, but decided on Boot Camp after feeling inspired/curious by the Cathe Live on the 24th. This is a super fun workout. I did Premix #6 this morning and loved it. With some adjustments it is a great workout for advanced exercisers as well. I went one weight up for everything, but will probably go even heavier in the future and use 3 risers for the whole workout. The Blizzard Blast and Muscle Meltdown were great add-ons and the ICY Core workout was just difficult enough - I love using weights during core work. This one is already a favorite and I haven't even tried the others yet! Yay! So happy to have a new Cathe series!
