What gets me about that entire issue is:
At least 60% of the Ask Cathe original posts are along these lines:
"Hi, Cathe! I'm new here. I have (fill in the blank) pounds to loose. I want to get cut but not bulk up. Should I do a thousand reps with X pounds for endurance or should I do one rep with X+1 pounds for strength? I want to tone but NOT BULK UP! Could you design a rotation for me? And tell me what to eat?"
Another 35% of the Ask Cath original posts are along THESE lines:
"Hi, Cathe! You look AWESOME! Could you list out your whole weekly training program for me? And could you tell me everything you eat and drink, day in and day out, and at what time? Could you tell me what supplements you take? I'd also like to know what body soap, deodorant, hair spray and tampons you use."
The other 5% usually have to do with:
"WHEN ARE YOU PRODUCING ANOTHER SERIES?" (Those are always from me.)
