that is because i just finished upper body split dvd. those tricep pushups after all the other tricep sets killed me.... i used increase poundage and i found tonites workout harder than pyramid upper body}( i already am having trouble lifting my arms above my head!!
it is the dvd with all the upper body w/o from cross train express set. the dvd also has kickbox, abs and leaner legs....and my upper body is on fire this am!!;-)
ok super I thought I was missing this 1 I have it on VHS and I do Love it I agree the pushups kill I am doing that as part of the tank top rotation I have just completed my second week 10 more to go and it may be spring by then but it has been so cold here warming up tonite though! thanks for your reply

yeah just a couple days of pain- but I like that feeling..I had that the other day- it makes me happy when triceps feel it- they used to be hard for me to work- not with Cathe around on my tv..hehehe
I was at work tuesday with the same thing- not as bad as yours sounds but I was having trouble lifting my arms to do my work - I just stretched alot and used my hand held home medics muscle massager when I got home and it was all better.
A few times I was so sore, I moved like an old lady and whined alot. LOL! But lately I get that pleasnat soreness the next day and it evaporates by the third, so I can do it all over again! I had sore triceps and shoulders from my yoga class yesterday and I was happy because my shoulders and tricpes need all the help they can get!
