<--had to get up early for early client meeting

<--says in the evening our building has a party in the lobby, and then all the little kids go from floor to floor trick or treating for 2 hours
<--says it's great, because the kids are safe and warm inside the building and get a TON of candy
<--says the kids have fun decorating the lobby and making signs for people to put on their doors if they're participating
<--LOVES seeing the little ones in their costumes!
<--hopes she can make it home early enough
<--still has some candy left that DT hasn't been into :p

<--does not have time to read ^^^ right now because <--did an extra long workout and is now going to be late for work
<--thinks it was immensely worth it
<--ran ELEVEN miles in 92 minutes!!! :D
<--has not had a run longer than 7 miles since the bronchitis episode
<--explains that <--is running a half marathon on thanksgiving and needs to log some long runs or will not be able to do the half
<--feels much more confident about the half now that <--has done this run
<--sorry for the self-absorbed post is just very happy to have done that
<--will come back with much less self-absorption and personals
<--thanks youse all for allowing <-- to toot <--'s horn!
