What is the secret? I work out 6 days a week, Cathe tapes ...currently tank top arms, have muscle definition and watch what I eat. My waist is 31 inches and not shrinking. I am in my mid forties which doesn't help and have had 2 c sections. I want to put my jeans on and TUCK IN my shirt. Has anyone my age actually gotten those bikini abs or close to it?
