I've started working out more lately, and I want to join a check-in, but which one is best for me? Any suggestions? While I don't hate cardio, I do prefer weight training. The only thing I really hate is running, so I'm no cheetah. For many years I've been much better about eating healthy than exercising, but I'm having a reversal. Now I'm working out more and in the last month my eating has been a disaster. I've gained weight and, while I think I look okay, I cannot afford to buy a new wardrobe, so I've got to stop gaining soon. Have I confused you enough or do you want more??
