I want the stability ball used in butts n gutts. Where can I get it?

Any help is appreciated... I have the core secrets stability ball but that one is awkward for her workouts. Where can i get that ball or something like it? Thanks !
 
I recently replaced my old SB (is succumbed to kitten claws). I purchased mine on www.fwonline.com. It is red and extremely sturdy. It feels thicker than the balls I've found in most stores. It was cheap too.

Yeah I know and you have one post. You sound like trouble. I don't care about cliques and i'm not trying to make friends on here. I have them in real life. Thanks for trying tho !
 
I'm pretty sure the Core Secrets ball is 65cm. If it feels awkward, it may be too large. You might want to consider a 55cm ball. I know Cathe is short, 5'2" (like me ;) ), and that's the size she uses. It's also a plus to have a ball that's labeled "anti-burst". If it gets punctured, it loses air slowly, a good safety feature.
 
I believe Cathe uses a Fitball or Gymnic ball -- they're one and the same. Places like Perform Better and Power Systems (and many others) sell this same ball but put their own logo on it. This is the ball recommended by most physical therapists. It's sturdy and burst resistant.

And there are no cliques on here. That's why it's so great.

I wouldn't even waste my breath with that person. They are new and only trying to stir up trouble. You should see what he/she wrote in the Tae Bo thread. I hope Cathe or someone deletes it.

No, Robin, you can't be in my clique/click, because you're not an azzhole or a bytch (that must be the olde English version). My clique/click/cleek is only for too-cool people who are couch blobs and hate Hallmark. It's the Too-Cool Hallmark Hating Couch Blob clackety click.

I'm in...I'm in...I hate Hallmark...well all except for Hoops and Yoyo. I love H&Y but I hate everything else about Hallmark. And I LOVE teh the Shelley blob:*
