You motivate me.
You are there to vent when needed.
It is great to talk to people from everywhere.
Everyone is so caring and friendly.
I get up and read the posts in the am before i workout.
I think you guys are an addiction..........

I don't think you'll be getting any arguments from anybody here It's a great place to get objective perspective when life throws us the inevitable curves. I remember it being such a joy and relief to find this site and connect with so many others who also love and embrace challenging themselves.
