A girl walks up to the ice cream counter feeling really depressed and ask the guy behind the counter for a gallon of vanilla, a gallon of chocolate, and a gallon of strawberry. The guy tells the lady he is out of strawberry. The girl frowns ands says well give me a pint of vanilla, a pint of chocolate and a pint of strawberry. The guy looks at the girl with a somewhat strange look and says Um we are out of strawberry. The girl somewhat disappointed says well then give me a scoop of chocolate, a scoop of vanilla, and a scoop of strawberry. The guy looks at the girl and says
spell the van in vanilla...which she does
spell the choco in chocolate...which she does
He then says spell the freak in strawberry...the girl quickly replies THERE IS NO FREAK in STRAWBERRY

<--didn't make it through the intesity blasts (or whatever it is called at the end - you know, right when you are about to fall over and she says "we're not done yet" ugh...), but still proud of herself for making it through 40 minutes. ;)
<--frustrated with HRM, it kept pooping out in the middle of the workout, so it says <-- only burned 309 calories...
<--wonders if anyone else's HRM poops out in the middle of jumping jacks?
