How do I join a check-in group?

I am 25 years old, a single mommy to one, and I consider myself beginner to intermediate exerciser. I try to do 5 to 6 days of cardio each week, and 3 or 4 days of light weights.

You just pick one that fits your goals and post. I am in the daily check in. The ladies there are awesome and very welecoming:) . A daily check in has been started for today yet. :)

Most of the thread titles explain what the group's about. The cheetahs are for folks who like to run. (Regardless of speed. We're all cheetahs in our own minds. :)) Newcomers are always welcome!
