You don't really need all the accessories. I got a lot of them just 'cuz I'm obsessive-compulsive ;-) but you can do without, especially if you already have a pull-up bar.
The only things you really need for this program are: dumbells (I even substituted the pull-ups with 1-arm rows and pullovers before I got bands); a cushioned surface to do Plyo X on (I use some Puzzle mats I got from Home Depot); and something to use for yoga so you don't slip (a regular yoga mat would work fine, though I find sometimes that I get so sweaty that even a yoga mat gets slippery, so I put a towel under my hands, on the mat, and I stay in place).
Throughout the workouts, the non-pull-up exercises are shown using either dumbbells or bands.
If you are interested in bands, Beach Body actually has pretty good prices for some high quality bands. I would not, however, buy the accessory kit with a door attachement (too much $ for a door attachment that doesn't seem all that secure to me!). Rather, you can buy a (or several) really good door attachements for $2.50 each at
www.sissel-online.com . I bought a couple after I had used the BB door attachement for a while and felt a bit insecure about it (the image of the rather thin attachement slipping through the crack in the door and the bands smacking me in the face was not something that gave me confidence).
The only other thing I would recommend as a necessary accessory is towels! I sweat like a pig when doing some of these workouts.
