and I think I will like it!!! I made a great rotation I started today using Fitness Fanatics website(THANKS LIZ!!!) and will work my legs 3 times per week, and my UB twice with cardio mixed in. I am using my Intensity Series, PS Series, and my LL and CTX UB, and my Terminators!!! I am so excited, it varys my workouts so much!!!! Anyway, I am going to use the weight tape first for LB, and then do the 5 exercises that they show you on the tapes, 3 sets for 15 reps. I used both of my bands today. My buns can feel it already, especially my saddlebags. I did Pyaramid LB today, then used my rocker. The only question I have is my Rocker catches sometimes on the way back, is that normal??
