On Saturday I received my DVDs of LMR2 and dove in immediately. I get my mail late in the day so I did the PHA Cardio Fusion since it was a shorter workout. It was shorter, yes, but plenty intense and plenty satisfying. I really like the functional movement with moderate weights. I think this sort of workout most reflects stuff I do in life-such as having to climb up onto a tall snowbank to chip off and shovel the top of it. (I did that this morning because it was very difficult to pull out onto the main road from the park where I live and no one else was going to do it or even could do it.)
The next workout I tried was the Elevated Mobility. I had worked that day which entailed constant walking and going up and down a ladder so I opted to do time saver #1 but wow, it was intense! My thighs were actually burning which usually doesn't happen quite to that level. I still look forward to doing more of that workout.
I'll take a little while to continue exploring the new series since I want to try to get a bit of skiing while I can, but I do not doubt it'll be stellar! So worth the wait!
