I tried some of LMR2 and I'm already loving it!

On Saturday I received my DVDs of LMR2 and dove in immediately. I get my mail late in the day so I did the PHA Cardio Fusion since it was a shorter workout. It was shorter, yes, but plenty intense and plenty satisfying. I really like the functional movement with moderate weights. I think this sort of workout most reflects stuff I do in life-such as having to climb up onto a tall snowbank to chip off and shovel the top of it. (I did that this morning because it was very difficult to pull out onto the main road from the park where I live and no one else was going to do it or even could do it.)
The next workout I tried was the Elevated Mobility. I had worked that day which entailed constant walking and going up and down a ladder so I opted to do time saver #1 but wow, it was intense! My thighs were actually burning which usually doesn't happen quite to that level. I still look forward to doing more of that workout.
I'll take a little while to continue exploring the new series since I want to try to get a bit of skiing while I can, but I do not doubt it'll be stellar! So worth the wait!

I enjoyed reading your review. I have also tried PHA cardio fusion and will review in more details. So far, PHA is becoming one my favourite way of getting a good portion in while keeping and building as much muscles as I can. What I have noticed is I have reached a point where I can select a sweet spot/weight from which I am getting the adequat heart rate without feeling anything on my upper body muscles:rolleyes::D:D That is efficient in my view. I love those swings.....especially combined to a reversed lunge. Obviously core never felt left out to protect the back and I am always like oh yeah......

I also tried Elevated Lower body and the calf raise at the end..... jeez that felt like something I can not describe at the first attempt lol :D:D:Din a good challenging way though. I have had DOMS for days on my calves. DOMS on calves does not happen often to me. I shall come back sharing more.

Let's enjoy LMR2:);)
