I survived January Rotation Day 2! Now I have a question

Hi everyone! Did any do the January Rotation - and survive it? I just started it, and it's a doozy. Never in a million years would I have put BodyMax and MIC back-to-back, but Cathe wrote it, so I tried it. I'm very pleased to say that I survived, and don't feel overworked - yet :) I would love to hear from anyone who tried this rotation, whether or not you finished it.

My question is this: On days when Cathe puts weight and cardio work in the same workout, she always lists the weight work first, followed by the cardio. My preference has always been to do cardio before weights, and I can't for the life of me imagine doing half of IMAX immediately *following* Leaner Legs. Does it matter, overall, which order I do these in?

Cathe has said to do cardio first if you want to emphasize cardio, or do the weight work first if you goals are more oriented towards weight training.

You're going to have more energy to concentrate on the first workout than the second, so bare that in mind when you decide.
