Drill Max was really going great until the end of fast feet shuffles. Then, whamm-o! I land on my right ankle the wrong way! Boy, am I frustrated and hurting!

Sorry to hear that. :( I know how irritating that is.

I'm concentrating on upper body work while the lower body is healing. Maybe you could do that while waiting for your ankle to get better.

So sorry to hear that you sprained you ankle. I feel your pain believe me. I sprained my ankle 3-4 weeks ago and still haven't been able to do anything lower body and certainly no cardio. I sprained my ankle and tore the ligaments around my ankle doing some high impact cardio moves without shoes on. I was just messing around and whammy! I just laid on the floor crying out "I don't want a broken foot". What a baby huh, lol! Just a severe sprain and it's better everyday so I'm hoping to get back into the cardio groove this week. Still have some limited ROM and pain when jumping so cautious low impact is the way to go for now.

Good luck with your healing albeit frustrating.

Oh, yuck! I've done that, too. At the end of PowerMax one time, my right foot slid off the top of the step and my ankle rolled. I ended up flat on my back on the floor crying! I felt like such a baby, but man did that hurt!

Rest and ice it until it's ready to go again. Don't try to rush it. Good luck healing quickly.

Ugh! So sorry to hear you hurt yourself. I sometimes worry about hurting myself during some of the fast feet moves (although I really like them!) Wishing you a speedy recovery!

Sorry you hurt yourself! Hope you're back to it soon.

I was just discussing with DH today that I'd much rather have a few accidents while being fit and healthy (I'm recovering from a broken ankle and thumb from a horse fall) than have the problems from not exercising and being active (like over-weight, diabetes, asthma from being over-weight, etc).
