Not sure if that's the spelling but I did it!!! I did Fusion today (the 2nd time) and managed the roly poly things!!! Sweatin' and huffin' and puffin' after section 2, but I got 'em. I don't think I had quite as monay roll pushups as Cathe, I had to slow those down a bit. The secret? I had to put just a little more oomph into the roll and lose the mat. I'm on carpet, so no mat is not a big deal, but then I didn't get my shoes stuck to it or tangled into it bunching up. Got a little rug burn on one elbow, though.

I just got done 30 mins. ago with Fusion (also my 2nd time). It is a little easier the 2nd time, but as you, I had to slow it down and add more zoom to get up. I love the Kickbox and Fusion because I work up a pretty good sweat. I don't so much with the Boxing, so that is my least fav. Will be doing HiiT 30/30 tom. am (0630), so will see how I feel in the pm.
 
I can't decide if i'm overweight or just out of shape to do those!!! It takes me a long time to complete even one. Plus, i've got bad knees so that doesn't always make it convenient to hop up and down!!!!! I love it though!!!!!!!!!!!
