I am in a wedding in 8 weeks. I look okay now but I want to look fabulous!!!! Lean and cut. I am pretty close just not quite there and I have been stuck here for about 2 years!!!
PLEASE HELP!!!

What can I do in 8 weeks to lean out especially in the arm area (strappy dress) I have all the Cathe tapes and most Firm tapes.

PLEASE give me your suggestions on diet and exercise. I can do anything for 8 weeks to be looking totally hot at this wedding.

The week before, cut way down on salt and sodium-containing things such as diet soda. Drink more water than usual that week. Also, cut way back on starchy things and eat whole grains and dark colored carb.

Okay now for the 8-week regimen. Try to do one interval cardio per week. That will total 8 of them before the big day. Next, work the shoulders, biceps and triceps hard the first 2 weeks.

I would do the following. Do like a S&H rotation with even lower reps, higher weight, for 2 weeks. Then switch to Pure Strength as is, for 2 weeks. Youi have 4 weeks left. Tweak your rotation doing tank top arms fro the third 2-week period. Finally, concentrate on cardio and the day before (or the same day, if possible) the wedding, do Power Hour.

Fill in the blanks with a comfortable mix of light cardio and endurance work. Remember not to work any part that's even slightly sore. You can do light weights (think CMax) when the soreness is almost gone but that's all. This maximizes your muscle gains in the short time you have.
