Hi, Mary Beth! I'm not Cathe, but I thought I'd chirp in:
You haven't mentioned if you are doing any muscle-conditioning work, and if not you really should bring in weight-training. Cathe has an extensive number of weight-training workouts to choose from, including stand-alone total-body weight workouts such as Maximum Intensity Strength (found on the same DVD as Power Hour and Body Max, two other fine workouts), Muscle Endurance (combined with Boot Camp on the same DVD), Push-Pull and Super-Sets from the Body Blast Series; Pyramid Upper / Lower Body from the Body Blast Series; and Muscle Max from her brand-new Hard Core series, and the Cross-Train Express ("CTX") 2-DVD set (note that the way CTX is produced you do cardio AND targeted weight training in 5 of the six workouts, and one workout dedicated to leg training). She also has several split-set series in which you focus exclusively on only a couple-three muscle groups for serious strength training: Pure Strength; Slow and Heavy Series; and the Gym Style 3-DVD group from the Hard Core Series. I strongly recommend you start strength training if you aren't doing so already.
For additional cardio-focus and "outside-the-box" focus DVDs, consider getting:
Boot Camp (with Muscle Endurance, previously noted)
Circuit Max / Cardio Kicks (blends hi/lo, floor kickbox, step-kickbox, traditional step, and circuit training)
Cross Train Express series (previously noted)
I'd start with those, in addition to a stand-alone weight-lifting DVD or split-set series, to get you started. WARNING - Cathe workouts are like peanuts - once you get started on 'em you can't stop getting 'em.
HTH -
A-Jock
