I need instructions for using my 5 disc dvd player

I would like to use my new Sony 5 disc dvd player to create my own workout mish-mosh or do one of A-Jock's, but can't seem to figure it out. Can someone please give me simple instructions on programming the player?

Gin, I used to have a 5disc Sony player also and I never figured out how to program it. I just loaded up the discs and switched them when I needed to. I didn't have the patience to figure it out. I'm sure someone out there has done it! Good luck!

If you can give me the full model number I might be able to find more info on programming or a .pdf manual.
