Hello ladies. I am new to Cathe, but a seasoned exerciser.
I am:
1. 48 years old
2. Endo-Meso Body Type (fairly straight no defined waist line)
3. Thick upper body.
4. Short and stocky build.
5. Have muscle and can build muscle because I am 5'3" and weight 183 pounds -however I can wear a size 12 in clothing.
6. At my best while working out need to weight 165. Can maintain at that weight and am healthy and fit.
I have:
1. Just completed Cathe's Intermediate Rotation which is my first Cathe Rotation.
2. I feel stronger, can hold my planks and on the toe pushups longer.
3. Now what? I do not have a clue what my next rotation should be. I have alot of Cathe workouts between buying them and recording fit tv.
Can someone direct me to what I should try? I have just bumped up to 6 days a week, I usually have done 5 in the past because due to my age -it has been easy to overtrain and get achy prior to using Cathe, but with Cathe workouts I have not found that this month.
Thanks so much and I appreciate your help.
