I need help with Imax 2

Hi there,
I did Imax 2 this morning and was having trouble. I am an intermediate to advanced exerciser and I wasn't sure which way to turn when Cathe was turning, because if you turn the same way she is then your back is facing the tv so what do I do? Is anyone else having this same problem? maybe there is something that I am not doing right, I don't know. Some advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Hi Fitness Queen,

There are certain parts of IMAX2 where you are supposed to have your back to the tv, for a brief time. So, you are doing them correctly. If your problem is that you don't know what to do when your back is to the tv, then I suggest you spend a few minutes one day previewing and rehearsing the segments that do this, so that when you actually do the workout, you'll know exactly what comes next. After you practice a few times, you won't need to have your eyes glued to the tv during the whole workout.

If you are asking about the part where she does a jump across the step, turns backwards, and jumps across again...does that make sense..just do not turn around. Keep doing the jumps facing the TV.

I never feel comfortable doing all the turns when I am jumping across the step. I am afraid I will fall.

If you are refering to the diagonal jumps, like ricochots (?spelling), just keep pratacing, you will get them.
