I need a cardio DVD

Hi,
I am new to working out with Cathe and I am already addicted!!
I am in need of a cardio DVD (not step) maybe kick boxing. I have Billy Bank's Tae boe DVDs and I don't think I am getting a good/ challenging workout with him. I looked at some of Cathe's and would appreciate a recommendation.

TIA
Sarah

Hi Sarah!

Welcome to Catheland. It doesn't take long to get addicted to Cathe. I would recommend Kick, Punch & Crunch. It's a great workout, challenging, choreography not difficult and has a great stability ball ab routine. Music's also great and it has a ton of premixes. It also comes with Legs & Glutes which is a great leg workout. You can also try Kick Max. It has 10 intensity blasts in it which kick up the heartrate and has leg conditioning drills at the end. It also has premixes on it (low & high impact). I have both and I love them both. Have you taken a look at the video clips yet? Hopefully they can help you decide.

Marcy,

I have looked at both DVDs, I might get them. I think I cannot go wrong with Cathe. I also looked at the videos too. I might get both.
I own Buts $ Guts, is Legs & Guts similar to B&G?
Thanks again

Legs & Glutes is similar to Butts & Guts but definitely worth having. It moves quickly so it kind of has a cardio component for me. Also, it doesn't need too much equipment, just a high step, dumbbells and ankle weights. It's got a lot of different exercises so it doesn't get boring. I also like the music in L&G better than B&G. Legs & Glutes is also shorter at 51 minutes compared to 78 minutes for B&G. It also doesn't have any ab routines.

Like you said, you can't go wrong with Cathe so I'm sure you'll like them all.
