I was viewing the clips of this workout:

And I sorta like it.
Is this a good place to start?
I need a motivating dvd with background music if possible.
So what exactly does a beginner need for this type of workout and how would you include it into a rotation?
I'm not saying I'm going to rush out and get it now ...... but like I said I can see myself becoming allured by this type of thing
I know after I said once this type of workout doesn't interest me but I can change my mind right?
