I MAX 3, High Step and Core

Hi Cathe!
You did a fantastic job with these workouts! I love the way you tweaked I MAX just a little. I like the more choreographed intervals and the shorter rests. Who thought up cardio #5 on High Step? My calves were burning! The core workout is awesome as well, I am enjoying the new exercises. I have the rest of the series to look forward to in the upcoming week. Your friends look great too! :) :)

IM3=awesome!!!

just wanted to chime in here-haven't gotten to the others yet (just returned from Cancun and was a pleasant surprise to have the videos ready and waiting!) but I just got done with IMax 3-WHOA!!!! I was usually able to do another lower body or total body weight workout the same day with the first two, but I'm pretty sure my legs may go on strike if I do anything else. I LOVE the tweak Cathe did with IM3, basically the step routines WERE the recovery with just enough sidesteps and marches to catch your breath...but I definitely began to cringe when we'd march BEFORE the blast-that was a sign to hold on and get ready to JUMP!!!

I HAVE TO jump in here to fully agree! I just got done with IM3 too, and I've NEVER in my life had such a FUN TIME WORKING OUT, let alone it being a high intensity workout!!! AMAZING JOB!!! I always made myself do interval workouts because they do such good things for your cardio capacity, but I never looked forward to doing them. Now I can't wait to do IM3 again!

Ilove that the intervals vary so much in intensity and length, it just made the whole workout go by really quickly!!! The choreography is so creative, I LOVE interval 7 with the jumping jacks on and from the step!!!

WAU!!!! I'm just in awe! THANK YOU SO MUCH for making working out so much fun!!! You've really changed my life! (Can you hear those endorphings screaming? As I said, I just finished IM3...;)))

I'm usually not as enthusiastic about the Hi step workouts but this one surprised me. I found a new appreciation.
