You did a fantastic job with these workouts! I love the way you tweaked I MAX just a little. I like the more choreographed intervals and the shorter rests. Who thought up cardio #5 on High Step? My calves were burning! The core workout is awesome as well, I am enjoying the new exercises. I have the rest of the series to look forward to in the upcoming week. Your friends look great too!
