I made Bulgur - what can I add???

I made Bulgur yesterday and was wondering what I can add to it to spice it up. I brought some for lunch today but I only added chicken and tomatoes. It was okay but a little dry and bland.

I did like that I just had to soak it to make it! No cooking involved!:7
 
Really? I think I always cooked it. Did you soak it in hot or boiling water?

I've used it to make "tabbouleh" - with olive oil, lemon juice, chopped parsley, tomatoes, feta, and a little fresh mint. You could also throw some red onions in to give it more kick. Yummy! Now I'm hungry!

Same here, but whithout the feta, and with garlic and chopped cucumbers.
