I tried the new workouts this morning. The step workout was great!! The choreography was very familiar from other step routines. I thought the length was good too.
The strength w/o was good also. I used my 8lb. medicine ball for the squats and five pound db for the other exercises. Now that I've done it once through, I know to add more weight for some of the moves.
