I loved the new Total cardio Step

I tried the new workouts this morning. The step workout was great!! The choreography was very familiar from other step routines. I thought the length was good too.

The strength w/o was good also. I used my 8lb. medicine ball for the squats and five pound db for the other exercises. Now that I've done it once through, I know to add more weight for some of the moves.
 
I just finished Low Impact Step and I loved it. I consider myself at an intermediate level and this workout was perfect. I think the only way this workout could be considered beginner is because of the breakdown of the moves; otherwise, I definitely think it is an intermediate workout. I expected a slower beat for the music as in Basic Step, but it seemed to be much quicker and definitely louder which is great.
