I love running!

I have started to run several times a week now and I am very excited about my times.

If I do the Gauntlet first and then go for a three mile run, I time in at 10 min/mile; if I do a UB strength tape before going on a three mile run, I time in at 8 min/mile and if I just go running my time is 7 min/mile. Now, if I add wrist weights, I am back up to the 10 min/mile.

It's fun to play with a stop watch.:7

Great job Katerchan! Those are impressive times. When I go running outside I normally do a 10 minute mile, but I have a dog leash in my hand and a baby jogger and lots of hills to contend with. I hope to one day run a 7 minute mile. Keep up good work!!

Thanks Kristi,

but don't worry, I bet you already run faster than you think. I thought I could never pass the 10 minute mile until I had a "duh" moment and I ran without doing a Terminator workout first or adding wrist weights.

Especially if you run with a baby jogger, you'll get quite a workout.

I wish I could trust my dog so much that I would take her for a run.

Yes running is very energizing, I think if I am able to I will go out this evening and get some running in ......... Rhonda:7
