Background - So, I sprained my ankle two weeks ago. Put ice on it every night (up until about 2 days ago), elevated it, did the alphabet thing, walked with a stupid white splint on it (no more heels at work for awhile - sad), backed off on the cardio, and did Pilates on leg day. I also ordered a ankle stabilizer (black - should go with most of my attire). I got it this past Friday JUST in time for my office Christmas party. I decided to wear it to the party and loved it! Ankle felt soooo good.
Today, the ankle looked pretty much normal and felt pretty good, so I put the ankle stabilizer on and decided that for my cardio scheduled for today I would do "Low Max". Did the Premix Step Combos Only, without any risers on the step. I DID IT!!!! I DID IT!!!!! Such a nice Christmas present to myself. No pain at all - LOVE THE ANKLE STABILIZER!!!!
