I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE CTX!!!

So far I've done Power Circuits which is an AMAZING workout!! I love the fact that it is less than an hour! Perfect for time-crunched days! I also see why you call it Meaner Legs!! :eek: Holysquats & lunges Batman!! I kept "asking" Cathe if we were really going to do ANOTHER set and the answer is always yes!!! :p

Part of me wants to try all of them in one day!!

Wooohooooo! These workouts just got me excited all over again for the new Low Impact Series!! Hurry, hurry, hurry!! We're going on the Florida RT so I'll bet we'll get to try some of them out!!! Oh I can't wait!!!!!!!!

I was actually thinking of doing a weeks worth of CTX. They are great workouts, I have never done a 6 day split, but thought it would be interesting to do....I have only really tried these for the cardio (except Leaner Legs). I have done Leaner Legs numerous times and it is a crazy workout. I sweat so much during this workout and my legs are crying by the end.

So, I'll be seeing you in Disney?

I really, really want these. I think I've watched the clips about a hundred times. So many videos, so little fundage!
 
Can't wait to meet you, Pam. I am excited for Disney...my kids will be too, but I haven't told them yet. It will be interesting to hear how many other Cathletes are bringing kids.

I agree with Pam..Tracy, you need these. You get so much in this series!!
 
I'm bringing my 2 boys, but I'm making them stay at another resort (Wilderness Lodge) while I do the RT because I want to fully enjoy the company of other Cathletes! (they can do the parks-thing while I do the "girl power" thing!!!)
They will join me for the work-out with Cathe, Mickey and Minnie and for the July 4th dinner and fireworks. They are as excited to meet Cathe and work out with Mickey as they are to be going to Disney!! Of course, my 11 yr old son has a crush on Cathe (......should I warn her?)

Maybe it's just me

but I attempted the Step Interval or was it All Step... anywho- the intricate footwork got me all tripped up... literally!! :eek: The warm-up wasn't too bad but during the first combo I just couldn't get the moves... so I put in my fav go-to C&W. Buttercup why do ya let me down.... lalala.

Any tips on getting those fast combos down?

I love All Step, it's my fave of the CTX cardios.

The only thing you can do is: do another cardio routine to get your sweat session in for the day and feel like you have done your workout, then put in All Step and start learning the moves, bit by bit. I remember there is some fancy footwork at the start of that routine but when she puts it together in the final version of the routine, it is much reduced.
