So far I've done Power Circuits which is an AMAZING workout!! I love the fact that it is less than an hour! Perfect for time-crunched days! I also see why you call it Meaner Legs!!
Holysquats & lunges Batman!! I kept "asking" Cathe if we were really going to do ANOTHER set and the answer is always yes!!! 
Part of me wants to try all of them in one day!!
Wooohooooo! These workouts just got me excited all over again for the new Low Impact Series!! Hurry, hurry, hurry!! We're going on the Florida RT so I'll bet we'll get to try some of them out!!! Oh I can't wait!!!!!!!!
