I looked like the Swamp Thing this morning!

OK...I've always been a work-out-in-the-evening kind of girl. But I've decided to try working out in the am for a couple of weeks. OMG...I looked like the Swamp Thing this morning. And did the slowest slo mo step routine!

Has anyone else tried to switch their workout times and been successful? There seems to be a huge debate between working out in the morning or at night. I SO want to work out at night but it seems like I don't have any steam left. :)
 
Unfortunately I do not have the luxury to workout at the same time every day. I workout out about half as much in the morning and half as much in the evening.

If I feel I won't get enough sleep, I'll take melatonin to help me ease into sleep faster. I don't like to take pills and stuff but, if I want a good workout, it's what I do.

I prefer to workout in the mornings though. Well, if I could have it my way that is, hehe;):)
