But I'll forget to look in the Rotations forum if I post there.

Last month I did Butts & Guts from Sept. This month I'm doing the October upper body one. Has anyone done those two? There's very little cardio or lower body work, so I'm wondering how the results were. I'm very happy with the strength I gained in my abs and the roundness of my butt, so I don't want to lose any of that. I'm adding extra abs to the rotation, I think.
 
Donna, quite a few of us did the Sept and Oct rotation. I believe all of us supplemented w/o we felt were missing to give a little more cardio, a little more leg work in Oct and upper body in Sept. I saw great results from these two rotations back to back. My legs really responded to Butt's and Guts.
 
Donna, I gained a little bit of weight and lost tone in my legs after two weeks so I ended the rotation early and started something else. My upper body was awesome, though.

Donna - I was happy with the upper body for sure - but I did add some more cardio and lower body. I was a good rotation for me.
