Has anyone ever heard of Adonna Greaves who do the Fitness Zone infomercial workouts, I think that she is Canadian and she do her workouts in different locations? I don't know how old these videos are because we are overseas and not all the things we see are up to date. I have searched everywhere to see if these videos are available. If you haven't seen her workouts they are very upbeat and have you working. If anyone know where/how to get these videos please post it. I just need a little spice to go with my Cathe videos!

I have seen a website advertising the best of fitness zone video series, which contains over seven and a half hours of workouts featuring cardio, martial arts, strength training, hip hop boxercise and navy seals led by adonna greaves, it also said it was done in different locations.
