I just got KM (already have KPC and CK) and I did the whole thing. I have a feeling I am going to be really, really hurting after doing the leg conditioning drills. After everything I have read about them, I was not planning on doing them, but I did (out of stupidity?!).
Also, I had a question. This past week, whenever I do "rocket shoots and thrusts" and today during the last conditioning drill (the hip flexor drill), I have noticed that my left hip flexor makes a "crackling" sound. It doesn't hurt at all but almost feels like the cartilage is grinding. It's the joint where the quad and hip meet. Anyone have any idea about that?
So, how sore am I going to be tomorrow???
