I only did half an hour of Cathe's Low Impact circuit on a six inch step. I am going to do my legs now.
 
Good girl! Just take it easy until you get better!

I remember when (just last year) when I broke my shoulder and I was totally incapacitated. It was so tough to sit, which is what I had to do. I had been training at least 10 hours per week because I wanted to do a century ride and then nothing.

I missed a post I think, didn't know you were injured. Take it easy. You have all the time in the world for a slow but steady and sure recovery back to full mobility and fitness. I know it's hard for us "A" types to ever slow down, but!
