There's no pause button on the RT I had that thought when Cathe says are you ready for the other side and I said "no!" and paused

The bootcamp class was a killer too. When Cathe says "Work, Work" she means "Sweat, Sweat", LOL.

And no we aren't trying to scare the first timers. That is just how it is.
Luckily no one cares about what any one else is doing. Everyone just go at your own pace.

Can't wait.

Hahaha...You always could just stop early. No crime in that.

I always wondered if people yell out "pause!" or something I personally plan to do a lot of pausing on my own...
