I Just Ordered BBC!

Be afraid. Be very, very afraid...

I did BBC Total Body and BBC Chest and Abs yesterday (why I thought I should do two full in a row, I have no idea). Anyway, I have SUCH DOMS today!!! I don't know if this partially has to do with the fact that I am coming off of a week of not working out at all because of being sick or it's just that tough, but I think it really is surprisingly DOMS-inducing!!!

I am so feeling it...especially in my shoulders, back, and inner thighs (and I didn't even do any inner thigh-specific exercises).

I'm sore from BBC Arms & Abs today...I'm mostly sore in my legs from a portion of the non-treadmill cardio that I really tried to do like Barry. It was where you jump on a 10 in. step and land in a squat, jump down landing in a squat. He does this twice in the workout for about a minute, maybe a little more. I gave myself to stop each time after 16 reps if I would do the full squats on and off the step....ouch! The cardio in this one is KILLER!!!!

Yikes! All these comments are scaring me! Mine just came in the mail yesterday, but I'm thinking of waiting until December to use it so I can finish the October rotation and then use Cathe's new workouts first . . . . But now I'm wondering if I shouldn't do them now . . . .

It's a series of DVD wokrouts called "Barry's Bootcamp." There are five workouts in the set.
