I was speaking to one of my husband's client's wife today and the topic of losing weight came up. She suggested that I check out Cathe. She has had great success with her Videos. Weight has always been a problem for me. Last October I gave birth to my 1st child and have not lost the weight. I need HELP. I have tried dieting for years and always roll up and down like a yo yo. I need a program that will work with my busy lifestyle (children/job/husband). Where do I get started and what is the best combination of videos for a beginner like me. I have several problem areas abs/hips/thighs/arms. I did step aerobics when I was in my 20's and it was very fun and it did work with dieting. I don't know how easy it will be for my 32 year old clumsy feet to do it again. But I need to do this for me. I am not happy with being fluffy and tired all the time. I need to keep up with my 10 mth old active child and my husband who has lost 30 pounds in the last 4 months. I need to feel like myself again. I was once 150 pds now I am close to 200 and feel like there is another person trapped inside of me. I have read several messages that have been posted here and know that someone out there has been where I am today. Please help me find the real me under all this extra baggage.
