<---is feeling particularly bitter at the moment since we are already shopping for flights to WA again...

<---has lost 10 pounds since November doing just that
<---loathes the taste but didn't know what else to do because <---just don't have the drive or want to fix a bagged lunch every night.
<---feel like SUCH a loser
<---not sure why but guesses that <---embarrassed about my laziness
<---shrugs
<---guesses it doesn't really matter since my workouts have been the best!
<---also quit consuming sodey pop and cookies :)

<---says it's best REALLY cold and <--- can only stand the regular kind, not the lower cal one with the sugar substitute in it
