It was delivered last night. I started blowing it up...haven't finished. It's 55 cm. What do I measure to make sure it's blown up to the right size?? It's GOT to be under-inflated right now...I just don't want to overinflate it for fear of it bursting on me! The thing didn't come with any directions! GRRRR...Please help!:)

Have a great work out!

OK, this is how I measured mine and it is also 55 cm... I put enough air into it that I can sit on it and my knees are at a 90 degree angle. If I am going to sit on the ball with weights in my hands I don't want my butt lower than my knees. I was told it should be tight enough to where when you push your finger down on the top of the ball your finger should only go down a couple inches....hope this helps, I had a terrible time trying to figure this out a little over a yr ago when the body blast series came out...... Hi Wendy,

Just popping in really quickly to say, enjoy your new toy. You won't regret this purchase.

To make sure that you stability ball lasts as long as possible, only inflate it about 80% of the way, then let it sit for 24 hours, then finish filling it (though it sounds like you're probably doing something similar!).
