what a difference! I guess everyone has their favorite ways to exercise. I found that meso 1 was just killer for me as far as enduring the entire DVD's each time i did it. the rests were shorter and that made a difference.

for me, meso 2 is my cup of tea. I really enjoyed all of the straight up bench style weight lifting. the longer rests were also so nice. i hope that this entire meso 2 is like this first DVD for me.

and the big plus is no PUSH-UPS!!!!(so far anyway)
 
I just started week 2 of Meso 2. I just did disc 16 CST. I agree with you. I absolutely LOVED Meso 1, I loved it so much I did it an extra week! So far, the change of Meso2 has been my cup of tea too. I felt my triceps for at least three days after I did disc 13. I even had a hard time when I swept the floor.

I am eager to see if I have the same effect this week since I upped my weight to 75% of my1 rep!
