I just finished following bodyrock.tv for the month of March. I loved the shorter intense workouts. Unfortunately, I didnt take any measurements but my fitness level has definitely increased. I am able to do 12 pushups on my toes(could only do 7 before), burpees are much easier to do, and see some definition in the ab area, shoulders and arms. I also tried to pay closer attention to my eating habits that was not easy (darn girl scout cookies). I tried to follow some of her eating suggestions for each week as well. I Shed some body fat during this experience because clothes are looser and some folks have asked me if I'm working out 
I hope to start the SP90 for April, but it is very hard to give up the short workouts. I intend to do another bodyrock rotation in May. Just wanted to share.
