So I just did some pretty intense cardio and my body is a achin' and I do GS Biceps and have to switch DVD's to do GS Triceps but I need a little oomph to get me through it and then *ding, ding, ding* a little bell goes off. Why wait to have my Bailey's AFTER I workout when I can get a little boost NOW to help me through my last set. I mean heck, I have to change DVD's anyway so what am I going to do with all that idle time. }( Ahhhhh, how those triceps feel soooooo very happy! :7
