I LOVED it! I went to the gym with my SO (I don't have a gym membership but he does--and I needed an elliptical) and did i-Climb 15. It was soooo great! I loved, loved, loved it. My knees have really been bothering me and I needed a break from Cathe's cardio so I decided to take the plunge and try an i-train. I'm hooked. I'm in the best mood now!!!
Allison, I am so glad that you liked it. Aren't they great? I can't do Cathe cardio anymore () due to knee issues and I use itrain and cardio coach. They really do make the cardio machines fun .
>It's about time, Allison!!!!

>Now....go buy another one! HA! Not discreet at ALL, am I?
>lol

Gayle,
I have to admit that you were my #1 enabler for these things!! I'm always reading about how much you love them and I figured I needed to find out what all the fuss was about!!
On another note, my knee is killing me now. Maybe I did too high of a resistance on the elliptical today--although it didn't hurt DURING the workout.....hmmmmm.....
>Funny, Allison, I just did my first Cardio Coach workout
>today, though mine was adapted for an outdoor jog. I haven't
>tried any of the i-trains yet.
OMG, Lainie! How weird is that?!?!?!?! How was Cardio Coach? I have CC Press Play but haven't done it yet. Cynthia (Retrofit) was super nice to give me an extra copy of hers at the Cathe Road Trip but I haven't done it yet. I looooove the i-trains. I don't know the name of the guy who voices them, but he is GREAT.
By the way, how are you feeling? I've been SOOOOOO worried about you. Congrats on getting a workout in today!
I just bought an elliptical last month and am totally hooked on the iTrains. Keith is the guy who does the iClimbs. I agree, he's smooth. Will have to add #15 to my shopping list now.
Take care of that knee!

I really liked the Cardio Coach, though it turned out I had it all out of order on my i-Pod Shuffle, so I did the 3rd challenge before the 1st and 2nd and it was a bit confusing before I realized it was out of whack. Next time I'll have it straightened out. The weather was gorgeous for a jog overlooking the Hudson.
Thanks for asking how I am. Well, I was feeling better, and my ankle feels great, but I have a bit of a chesty cough since coming back from my jog. I hope I didn't overdo it! I felt o.k. while I was out there.
