I just did Cathe's Wedding tape for the first time, & I found it to be the BEST tape that I have & I have over a hundred. It has about 50 min. of cardio work and about another hr. of weight work.
I was wondering if anyone has just done that tape with the cardio one day & the weights the next & what was your results?
Thank You.

Hi Chloe,
I dont have the wedding tape, but most of the other Cathe videos,
and that is one of the many great things about her tapes, is that you can easily split them up to suit you needs. give it a try, I dont think you can go wrong.
Have Fun

I have scheduled this one in my re-hab program for next week. I always like this tape. It is a Fine intermediate workout--but, if you are new, it can be tough!!!!

I am not new at working out with weights, I have been doing the Firm for a long time but I don't use very heavy weights - 10 pds. is max. I think that the Firm tapes move too fast in a lot of moves to use very heavy weights.
I also got Cathe's Slow & Heavy & I think that it will be good to build up strength.
I didn't know anything about Cathe's tapes until I started to hang out in VF & FF (which is gone now) & her tapes sounded like just what I had been looking for for strength & I also wanted a break from the Firm tapes as that was about all that I had.

The strength portion of TWV is much lighter than Cathe's other stuff, and a good intro to weight work. I always got a good chest workout from this tape, even though the weights are quite light. If you are interested in a light endurance workout, you will enjoy this portion of the tape. If you are wanting to transistion to a bit heavier weights and a more thourough full body workout, I would suggest MIS or Power Hour.

Have fun!
Wendy
