!i!i! Let's Go--->9.28-10.4 !i!i!

Good Morning!

Did the Quick NRG premix of In the Ring (33:05). Had to get a few extra minutes of shut eye this morning. I though I picked the first premix which was longer but it wasn't until I was halfway through that I realized it wasn't the one I picked. The one I did was the warmup, combined combos 1 and 2, combined combos 3 and 4, intervals 1, 2 and 4 and the cooldown and stretch. I didn't do so well with the combos. I still haven't done this one that much and I don't know the choreography that well to do it without the breakdown yet. The medicine ball intervals seem easy at first but when you do them one after the other like in the premix, you really start to feel them. For the short amount of time, I feel like I still got a good workout in.

I got a nice surprise when I came home. My new workouts arrived! Can't wait to try them. It turns out for PY4H2, he made 1 full practice at 85 minutes which consists of 10 chapters and all the others are premixes of the full one with him taking out certain parts of sections or just doing different sections. There are 7 practices in all ranging from 34-85 mins. I didn't get a chance to check out the other two yet.

I watched the debate last night. I thought Palin did a lot better than I expected but I think Biden did better and said more of what I wanted to hear.

I looked at the Oct. rotation again and I think I will be doing it with you guys. I might tweak it slightly for the legs but will pretty much do it as is. I might change a couple of the step workouts. Not looking forward to doing the pyramids but maybe it's time for me to take them out and shake up my routine a bit. I guess I'll have to do running instead of cycling (although I do have a bike - maybe I'll have to get DH to put some air in them).

Gin - Sorry you're not feeling well. Hope you get your workout in.

Deanie - Good luck with the pullups! Hope you're able to get your workouts in this weekend.

Today is a rest day for me. DS8's soccer game is in an hour!
Wow! Are we all doing the rotation together next month:eek: :) ?? Yeah!

Gin~ I hope you feel better today. How was dinner last night, what did you end up doing about the gift?

Marcy ~ Happy new workouts!:D Did you do one today? I also thought Palin did better than I expected (although expections were LOW!!) But I would have liked her to answer some questions not just talk about what she wanted!! he also did a good job and said more of what I wanted to hear also. Doesn't really matter though, I already made up my mind who I'm going to vote for, and I don't think the debate would have changed that.

Good Morning!

My walk/run buddy will be here in 1 hour. We ran 2 marathons together years ago, but she has not run in ages. I would like to run a half with her, but not sure if she wants to. We'll see.
Don't know if I will do Timesaver #2 or Classical stretch when I get home.
At dinner last night, I sat next to a girl (50 yo "girl":D) that has run 17 marathons and listening to her made me want to run another!:p
How do you like my new avatar of my puppy dog? I liked that pic of her so much that I had my dad paint it.

Deanie~Enjoy ds's soccer game and your rest day. Since I am run/walking on Sat, I need to choose another rest day. Dinner last night was great and I went to the book store yesterday and bought a Southern Living cookbook for her. She loves to cook. I am thinking that my dvd order didn't go through. Now I'll need to re-order the Pyramids.

Gin~ Your puppy is SO cute!!!!:) Glad you enjoyed dinner last night.

DS8 had a great game: he played almost the whole game, and scored the winning (and only) goal of the game!!!!!:) :) This is his first time ever playing soccer, and needless to say, he is really enjoying it!!:cool:

I am excited to start the rotation tomorrow, I previewed CTX upper body and it looks good!!
